Join Our Team as a Local CDL B Driver - Pompton Plains, New Jersey

We are hiring a Local CDL B Driver in Pompton Plains, New Jersey . This position involves working on a first shift with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 7 : 30am am to 4 pm, with some overtime as needed.

Compensation

$25 per hour based upon experience

What You'll Do

Operate a 28' flatbed truck with automatic transmission

Make 3-5 stops daily

Responsible for strapping, unstrapping, and load securing

Help load the truck using a forklift

Assist in warehouse activities during downtime

Ensure loads are secured according to safety standards

Maintain compliance with safety policies

Communicate effectively with customers and team members

Schedule

Hourly commitment : Full-time

Shifts : 1st shift, Monday through Friday, 7 : 30 am - 4 pm

Overtime available after 40 hours per week

What We Are Looking For

Minimum 1 year of CDL B driving experience

At least 3 months of flatbed or load securing experience

Valid CDL B license

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Background with no felonies in the past 7 years (felonies considered case-by-case)

No more than 2 moving violations in 3 years

Forklift experience is a plus but not required; training available
