Develops quality processes and procedures to improve existing products and produce new ones. Establishes methods to assure process control and high quality of molded components, metal, and cable forming and assembly. Ensures high-quality components and sub-assemblies are supplied to the assembly department and external customers. Supervises continuous improvement efforts.

Essential Functions :

• Designs, develops, and implements process improvements for high-quality molded components, metal, and cable forming.
• Ensures the molding department produces high-quality components for assembly and external customers.
• Facilitates continuous improvement efforts.
• Trains and educates associates on assembly equipment.
• Performs process troubleshooting.
• Establishes processes for new products to meet quality standards.
• Implements process improvements to optimize cycle times.
• Implements productivity enhancements through capacity checks, 5-S operations, and safety adherence.
• Establishes proper setup of equipment and processes.
• Estimates cycle times and standards for new products.
• Monitors quality through effective tracking methods.
• Promotes a positive employee relations environment.
