Paid in installments : 25% at 90 days, 25% at 180 days, 50% at 1 year )

Position Overview :

We are currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full-time and part-time opportunities in our skilled nursing and rehab facility in Concord, NH 03301. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide quality care in a supportive, resident-centered environment.

Location : Concord, NH 03301

Shifts Available :

Flexible 8-hour and 12-hour shifts (Day, Evening, and Night Shifts)

Key Responsibilities :

Deliver direct patient care and oversee day-to-day clinical services.

Supervise LNAs and ensure compliance with care standards and facility policies.

Administer medications, IVs, wound care, tube feedings, and other treatments.

Monitor residents’ conditions, document accurately, and report changes.

Support new admissions, discharges, and transitions of care.

Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team, families, and providers.

Job Requirements :

Active LPN license in the state of New Hampshire (or eligibility).

Graduate of an accredited LPN program.

CPR certification required.

Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
