Duties and Responsibilities Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner Assist clients with booking travel, making changes, and solving travel-related questions Share helpful information about destinations, services, and promotions Provide exceptional service that builds loyalty and excitement Work closely with travel vendors and internal teams to resolve client needs Keep accurate records and follow company guidelines What You Bring:
