Job descriptionCompetitive Pay : $70.00 – $85.00 per routine visit Start of Care Visits : Up to $120 per SOC Full-Time Caseload : 25+ visits per week Flexible Schedule : Designed to support a healthy work-life balance while meeting your professional goals Perform evaluations and create individualized treatment plans Address fine motor development, sensory integration, self-care, and other functional areas Educate and coach families for consistent home program support Maintain timely and accurate documentation in line with home health standards Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure continuity of care Make a meaningful impact in pediatric home health Flexible scheduling and competitive compensation Supportive, collaborative team culture A workplace that values your heart, clinical skill, and commitment to care A master's or doctoral degree in occupational therapy (OT) NBCOT Certification Occupational Therapist (OT) License in the state of Colorado Possesses and maintains current CPR certification Valid driver's license and auto insurance A minimum of 1-year clinical experience in occupational therapy is preferred, but not required Medical, dental, and vision insurance (available the first day of the month following 30 days of employment) Company paid life insurance, with voluntary buy-up options Short / Long term Disability, Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity coverage Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) 401K Tablet for documentation Work-life balance : Flexible scheduling to fit your individual and family needs Choose and build your own caseload Exceptional orientation and training program, including ongoing support and mentorship HERO employee recognition program Referral bonus

About the Role :
We are seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home therapy to clients from birth through age 18 in Aurora, CO . You’ll deliver individualized, goal-driven care that helps children build functional independence in the comfort of their homes.
