Job Title : Real Estate Broker

Location : Multiple locations in WA state

Department : North Pacific Properties Real Estate Division

North Pacific Properties is a rapidly growing real estate company to the Greater Puget Sound. We are constantly evolving year by year, utilizing the most advanced technology and tools to help guarantee financial success for both the Broker and clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Listing homes for sale on the NWMLS
• Advising the Seller on preparing their home for a listing
• Submitting all offers to the Seller for consideration
• Helping Seller negotiate offers towards mutual acceptance
• Working on the Sellers behalf in coordinating the transaction process
• Working with Buyers to towards finding a home to purchase
• Helping Buyers complete the required purchase agreement forms
• Working with the Buyer on their behalf to negotiate a mutual agreement
• Coordinating inspections, reports, and repair negotiations
• Assisting Buyers through the transaction closing and possession of property
