Description :

Position Summary : Position is responsible for the processing of feed orders for Passel Farms managed and customer fed livestock, as well as other feed mill office administrative duties.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities :

• Greets and directs incoming traffic.
• Receives incoming feed orders.
• Inputs and processes feed orders to be manufactured.
• Assists mill operations with feed delivery issues, bin mapping, and other logistical needs.
• Communicates feed budgets with external customers.
• Collaborates with mill production team to ensure daily production goals are met.
• Manages sample collection and processing and general Quality Assurance tasks.
• Files records and manages office files.
• General office maintenance duties such as ordering office supplies, ect.

Working Conditions : Work is performed almost exclusively in an office. Hours of work will generally be during regular business hours, 7 : 00am-4 : 00pm Monday-Friday. There will be some variation in work hours due to employee schedules, special projects and other concerns. Physical Requirements :

Equipment / Instruments Used : Computer, telephone, 10-key calculator, copier, etc.

Experience : High School Diploma or GED required. A minimum of two years experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
