Divine Quality Healthcare is growing, and we’re looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) who is passionate about delivering high-quality home health care and ready to grow into a Director of Nursing (DON) role.

✨ Position Overview

Our RN will provide skilled nursing visits, complete assessments, coordinate patient care, and ensure compliance with Indiana home health regulations. This position includes leadership development , quality assurance involvement, and supervisory responsibilities as part of our DON career pathway.

⭐ What You’ll Do

• Perform home health nursing visits and complete comprehensive patient assessments
• Complete OASIS documentation and 485 / Plan of Care updates
• Provide wound care, medication management, disease-process teaching, and skilled interventions
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Participate in case conferences and contribute to patient care planning
• Support the Director of Nursing with chart audits, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance
• Mentor field staff (LPNs, HHAs) and assist with onboarding new clinical employees
• Take on incremental leadership responsibilities designed to prepare you for DON advancement
