• Proper wrapping skills  – knows how to use bubble wrap, foam inserts, and corner protectors without leaving gaps. Also knows how to use a tape gun
• Efficient use of space  – fits items securely in cartons or pallets without overpacking.
• Consistency  – follows standard operating procedures for every pack.
• Organizational skills  – keeps packing stations neat and avoids mix-ups between customer orders.
• Speed balanced with care  – works efficiently without sacrificing safety or quality.
• Verification mindset  – double-checks devices match the pick list before sealing.
• Safety awareness  – lifts properly, secures pallets, and avoids creating hazards in the warehouse.
• Team communication  – coordinates with technicians and shipping staff to ensure smooth workflow.
• Adaptability  – can handle laptops, desktops, servers, or accessories with the right method for each.
• Reliability  – shows up consistently and follows instructions without cutting corners.
• Problem-solving  – finds solutions when boxes don’t fit, supplies run low, or items need special handling.
