About the Position :

As a lot attendant, you will get to greet and help customers and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You'll be responsible for the smooth running of our parking lot, ensuring that vehicles are parked correctly and safely, and providing excellent customer service to all patrons.

Accountability :

• Assist with office duties, including answering phones and emails.
• Assisting customers’ with using pay stations or automated ticketing equipment, including obtaining receipts, and credit card payment.
• Assisting customers with locating vehicles.
• Directing customers to parking areas or parking spaces, using hand signals or flashlights as necessary.
• Resolving customer requests, questions, and complaints.
• Patrolling parking areas in order to prevent vehicle damage and vehicle or property thefts.
• Actively look for ways to assist customers.
