🔧 Position Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fire Sprinkler Foreman to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on fire sprinkler installation experience and strong leadership skills to oversee field crews and ensure timely, code-compliant project delivery.

✅ Responsibilities :

  • Supervise the installation of fire sprinkler systems on commercial and light industrial projects
  • Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications
  • Coordinate with GCs, field staff, and project managers
  • Maintain safety compliance on job sites
  • Track materials, labor, and project progress
  • Mentor and guide field technicians and apprentices
  • Ensure quality workmanship in accordance with NFPA standards and local codes

🧰 Requirements :

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in fire sprinkler installation (foreman or lead tech role preferred)
  • Extensive knowledge of NFPA 13 and related codes
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specs
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus, but not required
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
