The Director of Solutions Consulting is a visible brand ambassador and helps demonstrate our core values both internally and externally. As such, they are responsible for representing Thread Enterprise with the utmost professionalism. They create enduring relationships to make a positive difference in the organizations and communities we serve by helping our clients achieve the full potential of our HCM Solution and HR services. A successful Solutions Consultant promotes and demos Thread's solutions and services to win new business for our company.
Top 5 Responsibilities
- In-depth Demos - Perform in-depth demonstrations of the complete isolved Human Capital Management solution and other applications.
- Upsell new products and services - Assist internal and partner sales teams in upselling new products and services to existing customers.
- Maintain technical expertise - As new features, modules, or solutions are added, spend sufficient time learning the new functionality to develop technical expertise.
- Liaison between teams - Liaison between sales and operations / implementation teams with new solutions and functionalities.
- Find opportunities and communicate - Analyze competition and communicate market challenges and opportunities to management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred15 years successful business-to-business sales experience in payroll, HCM, HRIS, Benefits or HR services (HR experience is a plus)Demonstrated ability attaining and / or exceeding established sales quotasSkilled at prospecting for new clients and developing relationships with new referral sourcesDemonstrated ability to gain access to decision makers and follow a successful sales process to close businessExemplary communication skills, including written, verbal and presentationCompetitive – loves to win – but also collaborative – enjoys supporting other Sale team members and other associatesProjects a positive image in representing our company to clients and in the communityMust have personal vehicle, a valid driver's license, auto insurance coverage, and a clean driving recordMust be a citizen or legal resident of the United States or hold a visa that allows you to work in the United States without being sponsored by an employerCulture Requirements
