The Tech Strategic Programs team (also known as the Office of the CTO) supports this strategy by transforming and driving how our 8000+ person Technology ecosystem operates to accelerate outcomes for our customers. This high-performing team focuses on strategic planning, the operating rhythm, executive narratives, portfolio insights and strategic programs that elevate the Technology ecosystem as a high-performing organization.
We are looking for a strategic and organized problem solver with a passion for innovation and data-driven optimization. You will be part of a team working alongside senior leaders to drive strategic planning, operating rhythms, executive reviews, portfolio insights and C-level content, and manage special technology projects critical to Intuit’s long term growth plans.
Responsibilities
- Transform the Technology Ecosystem annual planning processes to refresh the Tech strategy, define input goals, and develop financial and operational plans to ensure the Tech Ecosystem can deliver business priorities and accelerate growth.
- Design and orchestrate AI enabled mechanisms to define Tech Ecosystem input goals and metrics in context of the Intuit wide annual planning process. Partner with planning drivers across Tech Ecosystem in a manner that reduces friction and drives creation of high quality input goals and metrics.
- Develop innovative POV’s incorporating the use of AI to transform processes, and generate data backed insights on key strategic topics.
- Participate in development of planning related executive-level narratives and presentations to be used in CTO and CEO staff forums and board meetings.
- Defining and / or leading strategic programs that are often nascent and / or ambiguous.
