Epic Certified Applications Analyst

A company is looking for an OpTime Senior Applications Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional projects and manage stakeholder engagement for application software

Investigate and troubleshoot application issues, providing effective solutions and support

Develop support documentation and training materials for application teams and end-users

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED

Epic / Workday / Application certification(s) or ability to achieve them

3 years of experience with enterprise platforms (EHRs / ITSM / ERPs)

Able to act independently with minimal oversight and mentor less experienced team members

Healthcare experience is preferred
