Job descriptionCompletes diagnostic evaluations, diagnosis, psychotherapy, treatment planning, and consulting both in-person in Skilled Nursing Facilities. Completes documentation in a timely fashion remotely in our EMR (Athena I). Compliance with agency policies and procedures. Master of Social Work, Counseling, or other eligible master's degree and Colorado licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC. NPI (National Provider Identifier). Professional Liability Insurance. Credentialed with Medicaid / Medicare a PLUS! Some facilities may require up-to-date vaccinations or appropriate exemptions. TB Test. CPR / AED / First Aid Certification. Basic computer knowledge. Excellent written communication. Attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills. Flexible, organized, and functions under stressful situations. Fluency in Spanish is a plus. Total compensation ranges from $102,000 – $120,000 annually, depending on performance and eligibility. Annual base salary between $85,000 – $90,000, commensurate with experience. Base salary begins following the initial 30-day orientation and training period. $5,000 orientation and training pay provided during the first 30 days of employment. Sign-On Bonus : $2,500 payable after six (6) months of employment. Retention Bonus : $2,500 payable at one (1) year of employment, with subsequent annual bonuses of $5,000. Additional Productivity and Quarterly incentive bonuses available to all therapists, Flexible scheduling – see patients on your time. Four (4) weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO) annually. 9 paid holidays each year. Up to $500 annually for Continuing Education Units (CEUs). Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage. Behavioral Health Solutions is looking for qualified Independently Licensed Therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Therapy team in Colorado . Our team of mental health treatment professionals specialize in providing comprehensive behavioral health services to the underserved population residing in Skilled Nursing and Long Term Care Facilities.
