Job Overview : We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will own the full buyer relationship, manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to close, and build a robust book of business. This individual will develop new opportunities, secure orders to meet forecasts, and establish long-term customer partnerships supporting naval weapons platforms through precision electronics assembly, complex wiring solutions, full system integration, and lifecycle sustainment services.
