  • Procedures : - Lumbar Puncture, Muscle Biopsy, EEG - Brain Death Exam, EMG, Botox
  • Equipment : EMG
  • Lab & X-Ray Onsite
  • Trauma Level : I
  • EMR : Epic
  • Other Info : - Open to H-1B and J-1 visa candidates

Requirements :

  • OH License (or willing to obtain)
  • BC / BE
  • BLS, ACLS
  • DEA (must be obtained prior to start)
  • Must live within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate
