Job Overview :

We are seeking a Floating Maintenance Technician to join our Washington team! In this unique role, you will primarily be based at one assigned property while remaining flexible and available to travel to other Neiders communities throughout Washington when coverage or support is needed.

This position is ideal for a dependable, well-rounded maintenance professional who enjoys variety in their work, takes pride in problem-solving, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality maintenance results.

Essential Functions : (include but are not limited to)

1. Accountability :

• Take ownership of assigned maintenance tasks and ensure they are completed promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used, and time spent.
• Adhere to maintenance schedules and prioritize work orders based on urgency and resident needs.
• Be flexible and willing to travel to various Neiders Company properties in Washington when business needs arise.
