  • Working Hours : 40 hrs / week   ▶︎ Position Overview : We are seeking an IT Platform Specialist to support the implementation and troubleshooting of a new ERP system.
  • This role covers a broad range of infrastructure tasks, including supporting POS and ERP systems, designing internal system foundations, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems across both restaurants and headquarters.

It’s a key role requiring strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to maintain efficient business operations. ▶︎ What will you do :

  • Provide front-line technical support for POS, ERP, and infrastructure issues
  • Collaborate with IT vendors and teams to resolve hardware / system issues
  • Assist with the operation and maintenance of core IT systems
  • Maintain and create documentation for configurations and procedures
  • Identify opportunities for system optimization and improved efficiency   ▶︎ Required Qualifications & Skills :
  • 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management (servers, networks, OS)
  • Experience with POS systems (e.g., Toast) and ERP systems (e.g., Restaurant365)
