Our Cash Management Sales Support Specialist is responsible for supporting the sales team by coordinating client onboarding, preparing proposals, and ensuring smooth delivery of cash management services. This position bridges the gap between relationship managers, product teams, and clients to deliver tailored financial solutions.

Requirements :
Education / Training : Bachelors degree in business, accounting or related field preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Skill(s) : Must demonstrate strong communication skills; proficient interpersonal relations and sales skills; strong organizational and multitasking skills; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM related platforms; a thorough knowledge of the features and benefits of all bank products and services, with some exposure to cash mgmt. products, remote deposit capture and on line banking; a working knowledge of bank operating policies and procedure.
Experience : A minimum of 3 5 years' experience in banking, treasury, or financial services; familiarity with cash management products and services.
