Applied Training Solutions, LLC (ATS) is seeking a Program Manager to lead and support federal law enforcement training at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Artesia, New Mexico. As a Quality Control Technician at ATS, you will be responsible for ensuring comprehensive contract compliance, quality assurance, environmental compliance, and safety adherence across all departments. Your role will involve meticulous monitoring, reporting, and communication with department heads to uphold the highest standards of performance and safety. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in onboarding new hires, conducting security training, and managing incident reports.

Responsibilities include :

Collect and Compile Monthly Quality Control Reports :

• Gather monthly quality control reports from various departments.
• Compile reports accurately, ensuring all necessary information is included.
• Review reports for compliance with contract requirements and quality standards.

Organize and Maintain Documentation :

Coordinate New Hire Orientations and Security Training Sessions :

Manage Incident and Injury Reports :

Conduct Quarterly Hazardous Material Inventory Updates :
