We are looking for qualified, licensed individuals with at least one year of insurance experience to expand our staff of customer service representatives. Knowledge of Farmers systems would be a significant plus.
The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, truly enjoys telephone interaction with customers and is comfortable handling a variety of customer requests, including :
Explaining coverages
Assisting with billing issues
Identifying additional customer insurance needs
Handling typical transactions, such as processing renewals, cancellations and changes
