We are seeking a dedicated, strategic Marketing Manager to join our team and lead our branding, campaign execution, and cross-functional sales support.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for defining and executing marketing strategies that drive demand, enhance brand visibility, and directly support the achievement of our ambitious revenue and growth targets.

Strategic Campaign Management & Execution

• Campaign Development: Develop, implement, and manage integrated multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, email, social media) specifically targeting commercial and HOA clients.
• Project Oversight: Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives, including strategic planning, content coordination, and critical internal/external communication, ensuring successful, on-time delivery.
• Liaison Management: Serve as the primary strategic liaison between internal and external vendors and media partners, efficiently coordinating complex projects across multiple touchpoints.
• Asset Creation: Develop detailed proposals, presentations, and campaign timelines to align stakeholders and secure successful project execution.

Performance Analysis & Fiscal Accountability

• Budget Management: Manage the annual marketing budget, demonstrating strong fiscal accountability and optimizing spending to contribute to significant revenue increases.
• Reporting: Lead comprehensive performance reporting, conducting deep data analysis (including platform-specific metrics) to generate actionable insights for campaign optimization and trend monitoring (C-suite level reporting).
• Resource Planning: Execute resource and demand forecasting for marketing assets and personnel, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure timely support for all teams.
• Efficiency: Implement process improvements within the marketing function to drive significant operational efficiencies and measurable cost reductions.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Strategic Alignment: Collaborate closely with executive leadership and the Sales team to ensure marketing strategies are directly aligned with core business and profitability targets.
• Oversight: Provide leadership and project oversight to agency partners, ensuring all output meets organizational brand and compliance standards.

What You Bring (Required Qualifications)

• Experience: A minimum of 3+ years of progressive experience in marketing, campaign management, or strategic project operations, preferably within a B2B or agency environment.
• Skill Set: Proven ability in multi-channel marketing, strategic planning, and C-suite level performance reporting.
• Discipline: Demonstrated track record in rigorous project execution, budget management, and optimizing operational processes.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.

Schedule

This is a full-time, exempt position operating Monday through Friday. The role is based in the Phoenix, AZ office, allowing for critical in-person collaboration.
