The Sales Associate role assists in running all front of house fitness studio operations, with a strong focus on premium customer service as well as meeting sales expectations. Ideal candidate has strong customer service skills and basic sales experience. The Sales Associate is responsible for meeting and exceeding all key performance sales indicators for the fitness studio, including membership sales and renewals, retail and concession sales, maximizing workout traffic, and maintaining premium customer service levels.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Hit Sales Goals (Fitness Memberships)
• Greet Members and Guests like they are family!
• Conduct telephone inquiries, follow up calls and customer care calls
• Work as a team in keeping the studio clean
• Onboarding of Orangetheory Fitness clients

QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage client concerns
• High school diploma or Equivalent
• Must have schedule flexibility (available for day, evening and weekend hours as needed)
• Health and Fitness minded people with a passion for fitness are strongly preferred
