Senior Counsel, Product Transactions

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel, Product & Partnership Transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Drive, draft, and negotiate complex global technical agreements

Work cross-functionally to develop global partner and channel programs

Act as a liaison between partnership teams, product / engineering, and legal experts

Required Qualifications

J.D. Degree from an accredited law school and active U.S. state bar membership

Minimum of 8+ years of relevant technology transactional experience

Global transactional background with experience in technology-related integrations

Experience with business partnerships and licensing agreements

Strong understanding of data usage, privacy, and data security, particularly with SaaS products
