Duties

• Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and safety compliance
• Review and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders
• Communicate effectively with project team members, clients, and other stakeholders
