Our client is expanding and looking for an experienced Team Lead to oversee day-to-day operations within their shipping and packaging department. This is a direct-hire opportunity for a hands-on leader who knows how to drive results and motivate a team.

Schedule : Full-time, on-site

Team Size : 7 direct reports

What You’ll Do

Lead and support a team of 7 in daily pick, pack, and shipping operations.

Monitor workflow, delegate tasks, and ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment.

Use Excel and WMS (Warehouse Management System) to track productivity and inventory accuracy.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Train, coach, and motivate your team to meet goals and uphold quality standards.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in operations, pick pack, and shipping.

Demonstrated team leadership or supervisory experience.

Proficiency in Excel and WMS systems (required).

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

A leader who leads by example — organized, dependable, and proactive.
