Quote Conversion Specialist

A company is looking for a Quote Conversion Specialist for a short-term assignment.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with inbound leads to answer questions and guide prospective patients through medication options

Provide compassionate guidance on pricing, insurance, and logistics to help patients navigate their options

Document interactions and insights in a CRM system to ensure seamless follow-up and improvements

Required Qualifications

1-2 years of inside sales, patient support, or customer-facing experience, primarily over the phone

Strong sense of empathy and understanding for patients undergoing sensitive medical treatments

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment

Experience with CRM software or sales enablement tools, and Google Sheets

Bilingual in Spanish or another language is a plus, but not required
