We are seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our Employee Health / Urgent Care team in Killington, VT . In this role, you will provide walk-in and appointment-driven care to employees, including pre- and new hire screenings, immunizations, vaccinations, and injury triage. You will work closely with the Medical Director and administrative leader to deliver comprehensive healthcare services and ensure the well-being of staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide walk-in and appointment-based care for employees
• Perform physical and psychological examinations
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as x-rays and lab work
• Consult with specialists as needed and evaluate patient care outcomes
• Maintain detailed patient records and write progress notes on treatments and procedures
