We are now looking to expand our team with an Associate Attorney who shares our values and is ready to grow their practice in a supportive and flexible environment.
Position Summary :
We’re seeking a motivated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong interest or background in family law. In addition to handling family law matters, we welcome candidates who wish to expand their practice into other areas of law that align with their professional passions—whether that’s estate planning, business law, civil litigation, criminal defense, or beyond. This role requires excellent legal drafting skills and the ability to conduct thorough research using platforms such as Westlaw and LexisNexis. The Associate Attorney will work collaboratively with senior attorneys to provide high-quality legal services to our clients.

Responsibilities :
Represent clients in family law matters including divorce, custody, support, and related issues from inception to resolutionDraft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contractsConduct legal research and analysis on various cases and legal issuesAttend court hearings and negotiate settlementsAssist in the preparation of cases for trial and hearingsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in multiple practice areasParticipate in client meetings and consultations to discuss case strategiesCollaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide effective legal solutionsProvide high-quality and compassionate legal counselEngage in other practice areas based on your interests and experienceQualifications :
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law schoolActive member in good standing with the Washington BarPrior experience in family law preferred but not requiredStrong legal drafting skills with attention to detailExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple cases independentlyEagerness to build or continue building a legal practice within a supportive environmentHow to Apply :
