Base Salary : $136,000 - $180,000

Billable Hour Requirement : 1,750

Location : Seattle, WA (In-Office)

Are you an experienced insurance coverage attorney looking to take a strategic role in complex litigation matters while working in a collaborative, mentorship-driven environment?

A prominent Seattle firm is seeking a highly motivated Insurance Coverage Attorney with 3 to 7 years of experience to join a well-established and respected legal team. This is a full-time, in-office position offering the opportunity to work directly with partners, take ownership of challenging cases, and grow professionally in a supportive setting.

What You'll Do

• Analyze insurance policies and draft detailed coverage opinions for insurer clients.
• Represent insurers in coverage litigation, including declaratory judgment actions and contribution disputes.
• Defend insurers against bad faith, breach of contract, and extra-contractual liability claims.
• Prepare and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Take and defend depositions, argue motions, and represent clients in mediations and court hearings.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and strategic legal guidance.
• Manage multiple files independently while collaborating with attorneys and staff.
