What You’ll Do

• Maintain apartment homes, buildings, and common areas
• Complete service requests efficiently and professionally
• Prepare vacant units for move-in (turns/make-readies)
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
• Maintain tools, supplies, and safety standards

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• 5yrs+ prior maintenance experience (multifamily preferred)
• HVAC experience required
• EPA Type II or Universal certification
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and building systems
• Ability to respond to after-hours calls
• Basic hand tools and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and customer service skills
