About the Role :

The App Platform Engineering Team is responsible for building and maintaining the foundational infrastructure, tools, and frameworks that empower product teams to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable applications. Focused on developer experience and platform performance, the team manages core services such as CI / CD pipelines, e2e testing, observability, runtime environments, and shared component library. In this role you will be working hybrid from our office in Seattle, WA and report to the Engineering Manager for the team.

You Will :

• Lead the technical strategy and systems of the App Platform engineering team.Deliver end to end complex projects and product features, with high autonomy and quality.
• Partner with product managers and engineers across teams to help achieve product and business goals.
• Lead the engineering team to develop high quality solutions and guide operational excellence, through system design, code reviews, monitoring, and automation.
• Contribute to the architecture and technical roadmap of our software systems, balancing short-term goals with long-term scalability and maintainability.
• Uphold our high engineering standards.

You Have :

Compensation Details. The starting base salary range for this position is typically $180,000 - $225,000. In the U.S., Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan.
