Program Manager
ERP International is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support ERP's Health Solutions division with contract and operations management. ERP's Clinical Services Division encompasses comprehensive healthcare and administrative services at federal & civilian medical facilities nationwide. The ideal candidate is a high energy, detailed oriented, achiever who has experience managing healthcare service / medical staffing contracts in the Federal and Commercial sectors, including DoD and VA.
Ideal PM Candidate Shall Possess :
- Proven experience as a PM managing DHA / DoD Clinical Contracts and Contract Health Care Employees.

- Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills.
- In-depth understanding of systems and programs associated with this role.

Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Represents the voice and face of ERP International to employees, partners and government officialsOversee all operational activities associated with fulfillment of staffing requirements, for their assigned contracts / task orders, which may include :Recruiting and staffing activitiesCredentialing & privileging activitiesSecurity process and activitiesIn-processing and onboarding activitiesCollaborates with the Recruitment Manager on open positions and staffing activities for assigned contractsCollaborates with the Credentialing Manager on credentialing & privileging activities for assigned contractsParticipates and / or leads proposal efforts for assigned markets, including cost and price strategiesManages the Assistant Program Manager and any Site Leads / Managers on various contractsMaintains communication with customers on performance objectives and concernsOrienting new staff to individual clients and program proceduresProvides guidance and support to personnel on policies and work expectationsOrganizes and participates in employee team building activities and special eventsOversee personnel matters, discipline, and termination of employeesManages, reviews, and approves personnel timesheets and leaveCoordinates with invoicing and payroll staff to evaluate and manage contract utilizationReviews invoices and maintain quality assurance for assigned personnelMaximizes efficiency and improves profitability for assigned contractsResponsive to the leadership and directors of the corporationResponsible for ensuring compliance with corporate quality objectivesExhibits behavior consistent with the vision and values communicated by the corporationDemonstrates support for corporate goals and objectives, contributing to the accomplishment of the overallFrequent local traveler required, if located within 60 miles of ERP contract locationOccasional long-distance travel required 3-4 times per quarterRequires frequent after-hours response via email or phone for employees and / or customersOther duties as assignedQualifications
Required Education
Bachelor's degree preferred, preferably in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or other Healthcare related field or equivalent experience.Required Experience
5+ years of relevant program management experience, of which a minimum of 2 years must be within the Government Healthcare contracting sector (DOD and VA)Experience independently managing healthcare service / medical staffing contracts in the Federal and Commercial sectors, including DoD and VAExperience independently managing healthcare providers, including nursing, ancillary, physicians, and medical administrative personnelRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Comprehensive knowledge of federal acquisition regulations, including Service Contract Act and Wage DeterminationComprehensive knowledge of government billing policies and proceduresRequired Leadership Competencies
Problem Solving ability to identify root causes and resolve themIntegrity maintains high standards in all activitiesCollaboration able to work with and through othersDesired Experience
Experience with the Unanet Time and Expense systems, in a Manager roleExperience working for a DOD / VA healthcare contractor with at least 500 employees, in a supervisor or management roleExperience managing Govt healthcare contracts and personnel in at least 10 different states simultaneously, including California and Nevada
