As a Patrol Unarmed Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment within a commercial real estate location. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the property, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and acting as a reliable presence for tenants and visitors. You will interact with a diverse range of individuals, providing outstanding customer service and clear communication at all times. This position requires driving as part of your daily duties, so a valid driver's license is necessary. What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as needed.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and observe for any irregularities.
  • Observe and report on security-related matters, documenting findings and communicating with Allied Universal management and / or property representatives as required.
  • Assist visitors, tenants, and employees with directions or information as appropriate, maintaining a visible presence throughout the location.
  • Support access control procedures by monitoring entrances, exits, and other designated areas within the property.
  • Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and property management to address security-related concerns specific to the commercial real estate environment.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
  • A valid driver's license is required and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
