Duration : 12+ Months (Possibility of extension up to 30 Months)
About the Role
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Contract Management Analyst to support our Engineering organization in managing telecommunications contracts and assets. This role involves contract lifecycle management, compliance monitoring, and strategic consultation to ensure alignment with business and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage contract records, documents, and asset data within contract management systems.
- Research and analyze telecommunications contracts and associated assets.
- Draft, revise, and edit contractual documents including contracts, amendments, and statements of work (SOWs).
- Accelerate contract development processes and ensure timely renewals.
- Monitor key contract milestones and ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Identify and resolve contract-related issues in collaboration with internal negotiation teams.
- Interpret business requirements, legal provisions, and corporate policies to support contract decisions.
- Provide consultation and escalate contractual risks and issues to senior management.
- Review sourcing and corporate policy requirements to ensure alignment with contract terms.
Minimum Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.Strong experience in procurement contracting and contract analysis.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines effectively.Preferred Qualifications
Experience with nSAP or similar enterprise systems.Knowledge of telecommunications assets and services procurement.Familiarity with contract lifecycle management tools and processes.Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (required).Certifications in Contract Management or Procurement (preferred).
