Weekly Salary Range : $2000-$2140 per week, depending on experience

Telemetry RN Job Details

Location : Rutland, VT 05701 (Vermont healthcare jobs)

Setting : Resource Staff Pool / Float Pool

Assignment Length : 13 weeks (91 days)

Start Date : November 17, 2025

End Date : February 14, 2026

Shift : 12-hour nights (6 : 45pm – 7 : 15am)

Hours per Week : 36

Employment Type : Travel RN Contract

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (VT RN license required or must be applied for upon acceptance)

Minimum 1 year of recent Telemetry, Progressive Care, or Medical / Surgical nursing experience

BLS and ACLS certifications required

Successful completion of Dysrhythmia testing

Experience with Cerner EMR preferred

Ability to float to Medical / Oncology, Surgical M / S, Progressive Care, and ER Hold units

Must have own vehicle (public transportation not accessible)

Telemetry RN Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality patient care in a float pool setting, adapting to various clinical units as needed

Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, responding promptly to changes in patient condition

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care

Accurately document patient care and assessments using Cerner EMR

Participate in biweekly orientation and ongoing professional development for travel nurses

Maintain flexibility with scheduling and unit assignments in a dynamic hospital environment
