Job descriptionTeam Development : Assist with the training, mentoring, & supervision of store team members. Facility Maintenance : Ensure proper & safe food preparation while maintaining clean self-serving options (food & drink dispensers). Operational Excellence : Complete with the inspection of facilities / equipment with the Store Director as well as third-party inspections. Interpersonal & Communication Skills : Expertly engaged with Team Members and captivate & care for customers with your communication skills. Collected & Composed : Remain calm and collected under high pressure situations while still delivering extraordinary customer service. Flexible Schedule : Our 24 / 7 stores require your flexibility, including potentially working on nights, weekends, and holidays. Foodservice : 2+ years of foodservice management (preferred). Must be 21+ to apply. ServeSafe Certification : Currently certified or willing to obtain. Food Fuel Benefits : Fuel up on your adventure with our employee fuel discount. The job requires repetitive standing, walking, handling, and reaching horizontally. (All activities could have up to 50lbs involved).  Must be able to work safely with equipment that generates and maintains high temperatures, while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
