Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying and selling properties while providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process
- Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings to potential buyers and renters
- Develop and maintain a strong network of clients, real estate professionals, and industry contacts
- Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and contracts in compliance with local real estate laws and company policies
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments in the Vancouver area
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales and leases to achieve the best outcomes for clients
- Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions
Qualifications
Valid real estate license in the state of Washington or OregonMinimum of 2 years experience as a real estate agent or in a related sales role (preferred)Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values in Vancouver, WAExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to negotiate and close deals effectivelyProficient with real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteSelf-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independentlyAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekendsValid driver's license and reliable transportationCommitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining client confidentialityFamiliarity with real estate contracts, disclosures, and legal requirementsAbility to build and maintain a network of clients and industry contactsHigh school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferredAbout our team
