About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Tech Lead to design, develop, and lead scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java-based backend systems and modern frontend frameworks, along with a passion for guiding teams and delivering high-quality, high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of full stack developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship.
• Design, architect, and implement robust, scalable, and secure web applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to define and deliver project goals.
• Develop RESTful APIs, integrate third-party services, and ensure performance optimization.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices and design patterns.
• Oversee full SDLC – from requirement analysis, design, development, and testing to deployment.
• Drive continuous improvement in code quality, testing, and development processes.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where beneficial.
