Primary Responsibility : This position is responsible for leading the Global Aftermarket Sales and Service Team for Power Generation.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities :
- Lead the Global Aftermarket Sales and Service team including setting goals, KPIs, determining strategy, and directing activities to develop and grow the business.
- Play a key leadership role in developing and executing service contracts with both new and existing customers.
- Bring innovative new ideas for expanding and marketing MIRATECH's portfolio offering of aftermarket products and services.
- Understand customer life cycle, satisfaction, and key retention factors for ensuring high renewal rates of service contracts.
- Develop annual forecasts / budgets, sales and gross profit KPIs, and report ongoing results to Executive Management.
- Develop Key Account Sales Plans for target and key customers and ensure team is using CRM Salesforce for pipeline management, activities tracking, and Marketing campaigns.
- Deliver presentations of company products and services to current and potential customers.
- Coordinate activities with support team that includes : Inside Sales, Project Management, Marketing, Field Services, Product Development, Engineering, Finance, and Production.
- Define appropriate stocking levels with acceptable turn ratios for aftermarket parts and key spares and jobsite inventory programs.
- Monitor competitors, market conditions, and aftermarket services portfolio development.
- Travel as needed to conferences, sales / tradeshow events, and customer visits.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Live in the Tulsa, OK area or willing to relocate.10+ years' experience leading diverse technical and / or customer-facing teams with track record of sales and leadership success.Experience selling aftermarket products and services in an industrial business-to-business environment.A. or B.S. degree from an accredited college / university, or relevant job experience. Knowledge of engine driven systems and / or construction sites and equipment maintenance processes a plus.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and time management skills.Ability to work across a large group of diverse stakeholders to achieve results.Proficient use of technology, i.e. Microsoft Office products, including Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Experience with the use of Salesforce CRM or other large database systems for customer lifecycle management.Benefits and Perks :
