Maintenance Technician

Badger Talent Solutions is seeking a skilled CNC Machine Repair Technician for a 1st shift, full-time position in Brookfield, WI . This is a hands-on role focused on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of CNC and production equipment in a high-precision manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic components on CNC machines and shop equipment
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, ladder diagrams, and technical documentation
• Perform installations, calibrations, alignments, and preventative maintenance
• Machine replacement parts using lathes, mills, or grinders when necessary
• Support millwright duties including equipment moves, wiring, and setups
• Use diagnostic tools such as meters, oscilloscopes, and precision instruments
• Follow lockout / tagout procedures and maintain a safe, organized work area
• Assist other maintenance team members with troubleshooting and repair planning
