- Dark Web Alerts
- Pulse Fraud Alerts
- Draft and ACH Daily Exceptions and Adjustments
- ACH Reclamation
- Draft and ACH Stop Payments
- Forgeries / Altered Checks
- Debit Card Exceptions
- Payroll Deduction
- Assist Employees with member issues / questions pertaining to - ACH items, Share Drafts, Debit / ATM cards, Online & Mobile Banking, Bill Pay, External Transfers, RDC, Digital Wallet, Card Valet, etc.
- Work various system reports - OLB, Debit Cards. & Core System reports
- Assist members and team members with various products and services
