Maintenance Tech

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is an on-site position supporting facility and equipment maintenance in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is an experienced maintenance professional with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities and a commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities

Repair and troubleshoot conveyor systems and material-handling equipment

Perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance

Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues

Maintain and repair motors, man-lifts, battery chargers, welding tools, propane torches, and other equipment

Perform general facility maintenance including light plumbing, carpentry, painting, and HVAC

Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics

Work with high voltage (up to 480VAC) and low-voltage DC systems

Use vendor manuals and procedures to complete repairs

Operate powered industrial equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks

Support safe work practices and independently manage daily tasks

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED

Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience

Strong working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, HVAC, and electrical systems

Ability to troubleshoot electrical / electronic control systems

Experience with motor control and lighting systems

Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature changes

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to be trained and certified on MHE equipment

Must have prior maintenance technician experience in a facility environment
