Education
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Nursing, Human Services, or a related field.
Some roles prefer or require a Master’s degree (MSW, counseling, public health, etc.).
Experience
1–3 years of experience in :
Case management
Social services
Counseling or behavioral health
Community outreach
Healthcare navigation or care coordination
Experience working with at-risk populations is often highly preferred.
