Responsibilities involve interpreting referrals, performing evaluations, developing treatment and discharge plans, delegating tasks, educating patients and staff, transporting patients, maintaining equipment, and documenting care.

Physical demands include lifting over 200 pounds, repetitive motions, and environmental exposure to various conditions and noise levels.

Employees must have appropriate sensory capabilities to observe, hear, and distinguish visual cues essential for patient care.
