Weekend Option

Full Time Days - 36 hours / week

Tier 3 (Med surg) will receive a $5.00 differential over base pay

Tier 2 (Stepdown) will receive a $7.50 differential over base pay

Tier 1 (ICU) will receive a $10.00 differential over base pay

Weekend Option also receives a $20 / hr differential over base pay.

Float Pool gives the opportunity to develop clinical assessment skills as well as sharpen skills in communication and teamwork.Health care workers who are compassionate, hard-working, and flexible will find working on this unit very rewarding!

Units you may float to :

Orthopedics,Med / Surg,Medical Telemetry,Neuro Stepdown,Medical Stepdown,Surgical Stepdown,Cardiac Telemetry,Cardiac Vascular Intensive Care,Oncology,Neurology, Emergency Department, Behavioral Health, ICU, and more!

Float Pool Qualifications :

• Experience : 1-2 years' bedside RN experience.
• Required Education : Nursing Degree from an accredited school.
• Preferred Education : BSN
• License : current RN license in our state
• Certifications : Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association.
