Nurse practitioner - Pain Management/Orthopedic/Neurosurgery

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner - Pain Management/Orthopedic/Neurosurgery to become a part of our team! You will focus on providing high quality patient care as part of a healthcare team.

We are located within the Tampa Bay Area - with offices located in St. Petersburg, New Port Richey and Spring Hill, Florida.

No on call, hospital hours or weekend. 8 AM to 5 PM (Monday thru Friday).

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat acute, episodic or chronic illnesses
• Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments
• Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients
• Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
• Communicate with collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient care

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate.
• Must have 5 years experience - Pain Management, Orthopedic, Neurosurgery - only.
• Florida medical license require.
• Letter of recommendation
