Our law firm is expanding and needs the help of an intake specialist to take our client relations to the next level and manage our growing caseload. Our ideal candidate is great on the phone, a naturally compassionate and empathetic listener, and has a dedication to customer service and a passion for helping those in need. You’ll have an opportunity to help a thriving law firm succeed and make a tangible difference in our clients’ lives every day. 10 days of PTO to start; hybrid work environment.

Compensation :

$100,000 at planned earnings

Responsibilities :

  • Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit and making sure they feel seen and heard
  • Answer incoming calls from potential clients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Conduct initial screening to understand the callers legal needs and determine their suitability for our services
  • Gather relevant information and documentation from potential clients
  • Communicate clearly and effectively to explain the services our firm offers
  • Maintain detailed accounts of all interactions with potential clients
  • Collaborate with attorneys and other staff to ensure a smooth and efficient intake
  • Follow up with potential clients to provide additional information and answer questions as needed

Qualifications :

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in intake sales (or) customer service, preferably legal services
  • Inbound sales experience is a plus ... no cold calling
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently (and) as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM software, VOIP Communication System, and other office tools
  • A genuine interest in helping people and providing exceptional customer service
  • Honesty is critical (and) good ethical character is essential
  • Love connecting with people
  • Ownership mindset
