We seek a passionate individual to join our team at Ristorante Brissago, a contemporary Italian restaurant at the resort that sources local, seasonal ingredients. As a part time Host you will greet and escort guests to their tables, maintaining courteous and efficient dining room operations to ensure superior guest satisfaction.

What will you be doing?

• Meet and greet guests as they arrive. Ensure even distribution of tables for each server.
• Escort guests to tables, hand them menus, wine list, and inform guests of specials.
• Receive, record, and make any necessary arrangements for reservations and special functions in the restaurant.
• Verbally communicate to server the table number sat and the number of guests.
• Beverage table if needed and / or time allows.
• Clean and display proper menus before, during, and after shift.
• Assist with all to-go orders.
• Assist wait staff and bus staff as needed and perform other duties as assigned per Manager.
